What data sources do you use?

All public, free-tier data: Metro Nashville building permits, FEMA flood maps, Census LEHD employment data, ACS demographics, beer/ABC permits, hubNashville 311 requests, Zillow ZHVI, and more. Zero paid APIs.

How often are scores updated?

The scoring pipeline runs weekly via GitHub Actions. Individual signal sources update on their own schedules — some daily (311 requests), some quarterly (Census data).
